Hello! — My name is Harpy! I'm an Asian/Hispanic freelance artist from America and currently in high school. I typically use the program Ibis Paint with imported brushes on my ipad. I do anything from emotes to character/model designs! You are supporting me when you pay for my work. You are providing me with food, drink, mental health help, bills, school, savings, fun things. etc. Though my main goal is to surprise my mother and give her some peace of mind :]

If I (or even you) at any point am uncomfortable with you or the project I will first state so and then invoke my right to refuse you of my services.
I take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week to complete a commission depending on my schedule and the project’s complexity. Should it be more complex we may be looking at a month or two.
I will draw exactly what you request. Any specifics must be stated.
You will receive updates every day or every other day until I am finished.
You agree that it is okay for me to share your commission on my social media(s) (with credit to you).
I can make large changes during the sketch, small details could be changed in line art. I will accept five total changes to the piece before moving forward to finish.
